Follow the illustrated FiatPe dashboard steps to configure payment details, customer information, partial payments, and expiry.

How to create a Payment Link

Open Payment Links in the FiatPe dashboard and select Create link. Complete the following sections before creating the secure URL.

STEP 1

Enter the payment details

Choose the store and currency, enter the amount to collect, and add a clear description of the payment.

Select the store that will receive the payment.
Choose the currency.
Enter the amount the customer needs to pay.
Add an optional description for customer context.

STEP 2

Add customer details

Customer details are optional as a group. If you start entering the group, provide the required name, email, and phone fields. Use Reference ID for your own invoice or order mapping.

Enter the customer name.
Add a valid email address and phone number.
Optionally provide your external reference ID.

STEP 3

Configure partial payment and expiry

Use link settings when customers may pay in instalments or when the request must stop working after a deadline.

Enable partial payments when the amount may be paid across multiple transactions.
Enter the minimum amount allowed for each eligible payment.
Enable expiry and select the final date and time.

STEP 4

Review and create the link

Check the Payment Link summary, then select Create link. Copy the generated URL from the Payment Link list and share it with the intended customer.

Before you share the link

Confirm the store, currency, and amount are correct.
Use a description the customer can recognise.
Verify the minimum partial amount does not exceed the total payable amount.
Check the expiry date, time, and timezone used by your business.
Send the link only through a channel you trust.
