Testing Net Banking Details

Use the Net Banking test flow to validate bank selection, redirection, authentication, payment confirmation, webhook handling, and final payment status in the UAT environment.

Net Banking Flow

In FiatPe UAT, Net Banking payment can be tested using the provided HDFC Bank test page. Once the customer selects HDFC Bank from the checkout page, they will be redirected to the FiatPe test HDFC Bank page where payment can be authenticated using the provided test customer ID and password.

Actual Net Banking Flow

In the actual production flow, the customer selects their bank on the checkout page and is redirected to the bank’s official Net Banking page. The customer authenticates using their bank credentials, confirms the payment, and the final payment status is shared with FiatPe.

Select Bank → Login → Confirm Payment → Status Update

UAT Net Banking Flow

In the UAT flow, select HDFC Bank from the checkout page. The FiatPe test HDFC Bank page will open. Use the provided test customer ID and password to authenticate and confirm the payment.

Select HDFC Bank → Login → Confirm Payment → Webhook

Net Banking Test Credentials

Use the below test credentials only on the FiatPe UAT HDFC Bank page. These credentials are not valid for production payments.

Net Banking Test Steps

Step 1Create an order or payment request using FiatPe PG APIs in the UAT environment.

Step 2Open the checkout page and select Net Banking as the payment mode.

Step 3Select HDFC Bank from the available bank list.

Step 4The FiatPe test HDFC Bank page will open in the UAT environment.

Step 5Enter the provided test customer ID and password to authenticate the payment.

Step 6Confirm the payment on the test HDFC Bank page.

Step 7FiatPe will update the payment status and send the corresponding webhook/callback to your configured URL.

Net Banking Test Scenarios

Use the below scenarios to verify successful and unsuccessful Net Banking payment handling.

Bank	Test Action	Expected Result
HDFC Bank	Login with valid UAT credentials and confirm payment.	Payment should be marked as successful.
HDFC Bank	Cancel, fail, or do not complete the payment.	Payment should be marked as failed or unsuccessful.

While testing Net Banking payments, always verify the final payment status using webhook/callback before marking the order as paid in your system.
